It has hard tie scanning and over time it just won't scan anything (except QR codes). I have 3 I had one replaced and all except one are going bad. I had replace them with a different brand and those are working flawlessly even with barcode on curved objects.

I had a lot of issues generating barcodes and Chris from online support helped me cut out unnecessary steps and pointed me in the right direction to make this work for our inventory needs. Thank you!

Some things it takes a few tries to get it to scan metallic barcodes on some products.

This scanner is simple and effective. It works well. And the support line is more than helpful. I needed to take out the enter function when scanning a barcode, they sent me the qr code, I scanned it, problem solved! Thanks again!

After all further researching with other scanners. This is what I need! No need replacements from older gen scanner brands out there and stop wasting old scanners that doesn’t charge and spend battery replacement. This scanner is a god send lol! I got this for work to scan QR codes that we now have and this thing does it all. It will scan anything and everything that our distribution center throws our way. The battery life is phenomenal as mine hasn't run dead yet. The scanner runs on Bluetooth or the option of plugging in the little dongle but I leave it on Bluetooth and it connects every time!! I do recommend if your looking for a all around solid QR, barcode and everything else scanner lol. I appreciate the seller making the transaction smooth, thank you!!

Got it a day early and got right into putting it through its paces. I'm a software developer so not a typical user. I put the scanner into SPP mode and then debugged with my application. The SPP Bluetooth mode works great. Was able to add a prefix that represents the symbology that was scanned e.g. UPC_E. I am in complete control of how the scan is processed. Their support is also great. Needed some help with the prefix. It wasn't in the regular manual, so they sent me the extended manual. Had other questions and they were answered quickly and answered my question.

Scanner looks and feels high end. I had to contact customer support for some advanced techniques, and their customer support was fantastic. They responded to my question within minutes and had a great understand over this project. The smart stand is significantly better than a simple stand, specifically since you don't need to plug a cable into the scanner to charge. You simply need to place the scanner onto the stand and it starts charging, which makes it quick and easy for everyone to use. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, and I'm glad I got this one! Smart idea, smart company, smart product. Highly recommended!

We've had many barcode scanners over the years and we don't usually leave reviews, but the quality on this really surprised us considering the price. The box itself is great and the scanner feels like an high end gadget. Sturdy and has a good grip. Took about 10 seconds for it to automatically connect to my laptop with the dongle. It scans well and didn't give any errors so far. Only thing i would have liked is to get a stand with it as well. Not a deal breaker but would have been good. Overall would buy again This thing can also scan straight from my laptop screen which is impressive to say the least. Didn't know it is possible
