We've ordered about a dozen of these scanners, and have had excellent results. We are using a Chrome based shipping app on Windows 10, so I can't speak to POS or other systems. Users have had no complaints on scanning everything from Code 128 to I2of5 barcodes in various states of legibility. They have been reliable, and are used within 10-15 feet of the base. No problems reported operating in high temperatures in warehouse environments. Units are usable throughout a shift without losing a charge. We have had four operating within close range with no interference with each other. Not sure about the limitation on the number of units in proximity. Definitely will be ordering more.

I have purchased this item and was very happy to use it for the first month. Very useful with a stand and everything. (Purchased 05/05 and on 06/16 stopped working.) All of a sudden, one day, it just stopped working. It looks like not connected to a computer even though it is the same computer and the same device. I tried to return for a replacement, and they told us that 30 days policy is expired attempted to reach the seller and received the same response from amazon. So, if you buy this, you may expect the item to stop working in the middle of your job. And if you are lucky enough, it will be before 30 days of your purchase that you may be eligible to return. Otherwise, you may end up disappointed as we did.

Bought four of these for our library, two of which are working in close proximity. Early days however, they seem to be doing the job perfectly. The people using them had been used to old wired kit, but have picked these up very quickly and more importantly, with no complaints. The two being used close together have experienced no problems of interference or data cross over. They were extremely easy to set up. They also look modern and slick. One little gripe is that the trigger needs to be pressed to reactivate after it goes to sleep. Then another press to scan. I'm pretty sure the sleep settings can be altered so we may get around this. Very happy with this kit and the price.

Minor frustration when the scanner didn't work straight out of the box...little trouble shooting and a quick chat with customer support and I had it paired with my laptop and off I went. Scans great, fab settings to fit my needs and beyond impressed with the quick and responsive online customer service.

Works perfectly!! I couldn’t be happier. It is fast and I really love that it can also be used cordless. Another guy on this project brought a Symbol scanner from his work and this ScanAvenager was every bit as fast and could read through packing tape that the Symbol sometimes had problems with. The battery life is awesome as well as the wireless range. Windows 10 just accepted it and it worked without having to download anything.

I needed a scanner for a basic barcode scanning system to replace an old wired scanner, and this ScanAvenger is a major upgrade. I was concerned that setting up was going to be difficult, but it was literally just plug-and-play for my (Windows) computer. Long story short: it does a great job. This scanner has been in use for about a month with no major problems. We haven't fully run it through the ringer yet, but it's still looking good. It's made of plastic but still feels pretty durable, and it sits in the stand nicely for easy charging. We only use it in a medium sized room, but there hasn't been any connectivity issues. And, I know it's a small thing, but I like the beep/light vibrate when it successfully scans a bar code. I'll update this review if I run into any problems. But, so far it works great. I definitely recommend this scanner.

I've used many different types of scanners over the years and this one stays in the holder the best. The scanner slides into the base so it doesnt fall over if you accidentally bump it. It scans easily and set up was instant-plug and play. I haven't had any scanning errors. Very impressed.

Holding stand is excellent. Can’t scan codes with letters. Stand is not compatible with other scanners from the same company.

I use it for working from home. I enter passwords for most of the time and this really helps me a lot. Instead of typing every time I just use this barcode scanner for repetitive words. This is a plug and play love this and I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Purchased to use in a large warehouse setting and it works great! It reads thru the shrink wrap, most of the time, and it's able to read UPC's with both letters and numbers. Has saved us a lot of time and labor.

I read barcodes on paper, but through colored plastic. Some readers can't read through the plastic. This one does.

Incredibly low price for such a reader. Reads well, has good range and no issues. The fact that it has Bluetooth connectivity for such a low price is a great bonus. We use it in a large warehouse and the connection works without a problem. We will definitely get more of these.

Scanner looks and feels high end. I had to contact customer support for some advanced techniques, and their customer support was fantastic. They responded to my question within minutes and had a great understand over this project. The smart stand is significantly better than a simple stand, specifically since you don't need to plug a cable into the scanner to charge. You simply need to place the scanner onto the stand and it starts charging, which makes it quick and easy for everyone to use. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, and I'm glad I got this one! Smart idea, smart company, smart product. Highly recommended!

We purchased this scanner as our old one broke down recently. Had this one for about a week now and it works great. Reads Interleaved 2 of 5 barcodes without any issues. It's Super fast and the stand is worth every penny. Recommended
