All you need to know about the SA9100 Series Pro

Very useful to have, very comfortable, and easy to use. Does have a good radiation to scan QR codes and scan bars. I love it, and definitely recommend.

I work in a pharmacy doing inventory and shipping, so I scan vials and paperwork all day to no exaggeration. I love the options available for this scanner and the clever way of accessing them. It doesn't really indicate in the description anywhere, but the user manual has QR codes that toggle the settings such as volume, vibration, and (the whole reason I sought to buy my own scanner for work) switching between auto-sense and manual scan. I need both for different tasks, so it just makes such a difference to have this option handy over storing two different generic scanners around the workplace. Bonus points for not requiring software downloads or requesting my email address for "updates and news."

This scanner has been very easy to use..with my inventory management system. The set up was easy.. had it setup and using it within minutes. I had a power failure and when the power came back on the scanner did not work properly. I sent an email to customer service and within hours I had a response from Chris. He asked me some questions, I gave him some answers, he sent back a reply with a fix for the scanner. Super Customer Service!! I am very glad I chose ScanAvenger!

It’s not working all the bar code

We have 40 of the SA9100 scanners and have been using them for almost a year and have never had any issues till today. Had 1 scanner that refused to transmit to the dongle, so just sent an email to the Scan Avenger help desk explaining the issue and Chris from their help desk responded, we used his fix and scanner is back up and working as it should. We use these scanners 80% of the time for scanning QR symbols or regular barcodes and they work great for QR .
