ScanAvenger uses main nation wide carriers like: USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL. We also use small local carriers for the more remote areas where our clients are located.

7. Can I change delivery address after I have placed my order?

If you contact us within 10 hours since you have placed your order then we can change your delivery address. Less than 10 hours means that you would need to contact the shipping company directly and provide them with the current delivery address and tracking number.

8. How can I extend my scanner warranty?

For any scanner purchased from our website, ScanAvenger offers an extra 6 months warranty. All you need to do is email our helpdesk team with your order number and name.

9. How can I cancel my order after shipping?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. What you can do is apply for a refund once you have received the scanner.
